Bharatgas Web Site (http://www.ebharatgas.com) Got Error
Bharat Gas URL got an error/bug. I wanted to send them a feedback, after entering the details in when pressed the SUBMIT button got a page in which two contradictory messages in the screen. One is “Thank you for your feedback” and the other one is “Your feedback could not be send. Please try again”
Now which one to believe? When we look at these kind of messages, we doubt how the software is approved without proper testing. Being in software filed, it really hurts us.

Yes its very true this page has got some problem and I think the bharat gas corp is blind and deaf they are not rectifying the same……….may be beacuse they don’t care for their customer……..

You are right, most of the public sector websites are like that only. Wondering how the project got approved (may be its a kind of open secrete).

i am fed up with this gas agency.
I booked the gas last month . do not rememeber the date. As usual ,it is not easy to contact them. After vigorous followup , i cud spead to them today vijya gas that my account has been transferred ti santoshi gas agency without informaing us. athome we do not hv any gas to use. we have to borrow it from our neighbout. now nobody is picking up at santoshi gas agency shakurpur, jj colony branch.

sir,
I customer of Victory Enterprises i am not satisffy the service of agency gas booked with in 25 days and not send the cylinder 15 days after booking the gas. You are requested to attend our problem urgently.

I try around 10 to 12 times but error.

COMPLAIN i’m a customer of Bharat Gas, my details is below: Customer no.: NG6452, Booking No.: 9663, Booking date: 08/08/12. It’s clear frm details that i have booked my gas for refill near about one months ago & the distributor is playing with me like a court case, giving date after dates over two weeks. The most pathetic fact is that the gas booker who booked their gas after me, is getting the gas before. I don’t know by what date i will get my gas. So my apeal to the higher authority, please do justice to me.
