Thanks VVS Lakshman and Ishant Sharma for you performance against Australia. You kept your head cool, played sensibly and won the test.

Chasing the target of 216, India were at 124/8, at the edge of a probable defeat. But, our Very Very Special Lakshman, with the back pain continued his batting with the help of Raina as the runner. He got excellent support from Ishant Shram. Both of them added 81 runs in 25 overs, taking India to the edge of a sweet win. But, the tension mounted when Hilfenhaus got Ishant out LBW, still India 11 runs behind the target. Ojha, the last man, again batted sensibly to take pass India to the required runs.

Zaheer Khan awarded as the Man Of The Match. We are not taking away the performance of Zaheer, but for us its VVS Lakshman is the Man of the Match.

From the Australia’s point of view, they have taken the 9 wickets, including the Master Blaster, Dangerous Sehwag, The Wall Dravid, the inform Raina, and the Indian Skipper MSD. But, they could not take the wicket of their favorite VVS.

Now we have proved that, India did’t got the First Rank so easily… India deserve to be the No 1 Test Team.

Are you listening Mr. Ricky Ponting and Mr. Kumara Sangakkara
